進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)籠式單座調(diào)節(jié)閥，采用流體壓力不平衡型閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)與閥蓋頂部導(dǎo)向閥內(nèi)件形式，其體積精小、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單且調(diào)節(jié)精度高、閥座密封性能好。該閥接觸介質(zhì)的部位采用高壓注塑工藝，襯有耐腐蝕、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)F46），并采用聚四氟乙烯波紋管密封， 不僅具有耐酸（鹽酸、硫酸、氫氟酸）、堿等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)的獨(dú)特優(yōu)點(diǎn)，還具有可靠的密封性。適宜調(diào)節(jié)強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、易揮發(fā)、易滲透的介質(zhì)，因此廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、石油、冶金、醫(yī)藥、輕紡等工業(yè)自動(dòng)化裝置特殊介質(zhì)的控制系統(tǒng)中。

The imported pneumatic cage-type single-seat control valve adopts a fluid pressure unbalanced spool structure and a valve cover top-guided valve internal component form. It has a small volume, a simple structure, high adjustment accuracy, and good valve seat sealing performance. The parts of the valve in contact with the medium are made by high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant perfluoropropyl vinyl ether (referred to as F46), and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene bellows. It not only has the unique advantages of being resistant to strong corrosive media such as acid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid), alkali, but also has reliable sealing performance. It is suitable for regulating media that are strong acid, strong alkali, volatile, and permeable. Therefore, it is widely used in the control systems of special media in industrial automation devices such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, and textile.
